• To give reasons for your ideas and opinions.


• It is used to present arguments with the PROS and CONS of an argumentative issue.

The begging of an interesting class...

I'm writing this blog to let you know some things about me. My name is Damy and I'm taking a course called Writing II. Miss Sandra (my teacher) asked us to create a blog and start writing about our selves.

I'm studying English, I'm in third year and I'm doing really good. I like what I'm studying, although sometimes I feel a little bit unmotivated, but I soon start feeling better.

I'm married with a wonderful man, his name is Jonatan, we've been married for 2 months only. We dated for 2 years and 4 months and then we got married. We are so in love and we are planning our future together, it's wonderful the way you plan your own life but depending on someone else. I'm overwhelmed with gratitude about all these blessings, I thank God for giving this life, I thank him for the bad and good times of my life.

I also have some plans for my self, but I can't stop including my husband on them. I want to finish my career, get a master degree maybe and then go to the United States with my husband. We would like to live there for 2 or 3 years. He wants to learn English and I want to improve my knowledge.

These are some of the most important things of my life, when you are in love you can't just talk about you, but also about the person who owns you heart, right?
